Applicants for this full-time leadership position must be able to multi-task; providing supervision and guidance on the floor, including training staff, monitoring staff performance, and providing direction and correction as necessary. This position works Tuesday-Saturday (hours flex, primarily 2^nd shift).

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience working in the field required
• Valid drivers license and med certification required
• Basic computer skills required
• Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading English required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• HS Diploma/ GED Required

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties of direct care staff, including hands-on care and treatment of residents.
• Models and ensures proper care, treatment, supervision, and safety of residents.
• Act as house representative on the agency’s Recreation Council.
• Attend/Conduct staff meetings and other program meetings as assigned.
• Maintain a positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor.
• In the absence of Residential Supervisor, assume operation of the house.

Pay: $24.72 – $26.68/hour
