Job Description:
- Establish a positive working relationship with individuals supported.
- Provide for the health and safety of the individuals supported.
- Responsible for lifting, transferring and maneuvering of individuals as appropriate.
- Administers medication to individuals as needed.
- Provide transportation to individuals who need to attend medical appointments or social activities.
